  • Participants should be at least 16 years old, and workshops are open to anyone, regardless of location, thanks to our hybrid format.

    For most sessions, all you need is curiosity, a computer, and internet access!

    For advanced sessions, we will clearly list prerequisites on their registration pages.

  • No prior experience is required for many of our workshops.

    For advanced sessions, prerequisites will be communicated once the workshops are announced.

  • Workshops are held both in-person and online (asynchronously). In-person sessions are hosted in Edmonton.

  • For most workshops, a laptop is all you’ll need. Specialized equipment will be provided during in-person sessions.

  • Yes, you’ll receive personalized feedback during and after the workshops.

  • Yes, recordings are recorded and made available to participants, so you can review material or catch up if you miss a live session.

    Registration typically opens 2–3 weeks before each series.

  • Yes! Our workshops are designed to foster collaboration and connection. You’ll engage with peers, mentors, and industry experts during and after sessions.

  • Workshops are developed and taught by those with degrees in the area, or otherwise educated in the specific paradigm. Many are delivered in partnership with leading organizations and researchers.

  • The time commitment is about 4 hours total in a mini-series, 1-2 hours per part. (This is subject to change.)

  • While completing the series is ideal, you’re welcome to attend individual sessions that align with your interests.
