natIgnite 2025 is a 40-hour competition that pairs interdisciplinary teams with Problem Providers to accelerate solutions to real-world challenges.
How It Works

The Details
Dates: August 2-10, 2025
Skill-Up Saturday (Aug 2): Hands-on workshops to learn key tools and concepts
Pitch Day (Aug 3): Problem Providers pitch real-world challenges; teams form around the ones that inspire them
Development Phase (Aug 3–7): Teams begin early planning
Hackathon Weekend (Aug 8–10): Build, test, and present your solution

How Do I Join?

Step 1
Register via our participant portal by completing a role-specific form (Hacker, Volunteer, Advisor, or Problem Provider).

Step 2
After submitting the form, you will be directed to the natIgnite Luma page to finalize registration and submit payment information. Participation fees are only charged upon acceptance.

Step 3
Once accepted, participants receive a confirmation email with key event information. Check-in instructions will be sent prior to the event.
